We want you and your furry friend to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Since our products are personalized, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

Return Eligibility:

  • The product must be defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof (photos/videos) of the issue is required for a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., products with your dog’s name)
  • Items damaged through improper use or handling

Refund Process:
Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.
If replacement is preferred, we’ll ship a new product free of charge.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank or payment provider. Some transactions may take additional time to reflect.
